The central kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a built-in microwave, a full cooker with a dual fuel hob, a 3-way fridge with a freezer compartment, and a large circular sink with removable cover and drainer. There is cupboard and drawer storage, and ample worktop including a fold-up extension.
A fixed island bed to the rear has a wardrobe on each side with hanging space and shelves, overhead lockers, underbed storage, two side windows, and a roof light. A folding screen closes off this bedroom.
Forward of the bedroom, a shower cubicle sits on the offside, with a swivel cassette toilet and a wash basin in an enclosure opposite, with storage cabinets and a rooflight. The toilet door can be closed just over this enclosure, or used to close off the whole washroom area from the living space.
Both space heating and hot water are supplied by a Whale heating system, on either gas or mains electricity.
